Refunds will not cover payment gateway charges. All valid refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All PDO devices are made-to-order and dispatched via DTDC/Local delivery Partners. Orders are processed upon successful payment.

Estimated Shipping Time:
– India: 15-21 days (excluding 3–5 days processing time)

Shipping Charges per Device:
– Standard: ₹200
– Express: ₹350

You will receive a tracking link once the order is processed. For incorrect addresses or delays, we recommend contacting our support team immediately.
