Refund/Return Policy
For PM Wani Compliant PDO devices
- Returns are accepted within 1 day of delivery for unused or damaged products in their original condition.
- Refund excludes shipping and processing charges.
- Damaged items must be reported with photos for case-by-case resolution within 24 hours of receipt of items.
- Post Verification and Approval, the refund will be processed within 30 business working days and credited to the original mode of payment Or exchange will be processed within the week of receipt of the damaged device.
- Contact Nabha Satcom support at support.pmwani@nabhasatcom.com for cancellation requests.
- Any physically damaged device will not be eligible for refund.
Note: Transaction fees are not refundable
For Plan Charges
- Purchased data plan charges are non-refundable
- Incase of failed transaction Nabha Satcom staff will provide refund instructions.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method for online/card payments within 30 Business working days.
- Or to a provided bank account for NEFT/RTGS payments.
- No refund fees are charged in this case.

Chargeback Policy
In case of an attempt to recharge through payment gateway and the customer in this case the citizen, raises a chargeback with his/her Bank, within 120 days from the transaction, and wherein only in case of service not received within defined TAT and the company is on receipt of such complaint from the respective Payment Gateway company/Bank with which it is associated with, will investigate the case and if proved true, Nabha will take necessary and appropriate actions to refund the amount to the customer, in this case the citizens.
In such cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to remove the charge back if proved that timely service/s was given.
