Exchange Policy

At Nabha Satcom, we value our partners and strive to provide quality PM-WANI compliant devices. To ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, we have laid out the following Exchange Policy for defective or damaged products.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  1. Dead on Arrival (DOA): Devices that are non-functional upon first use will be exchanged immediately upon verification.
  2. Transit Damage: Products found physically damaged upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours, along with unpacking photos or videos.
  3. Wrong Product Received: If the device received does not match the order specifications, it will be exchanged at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Conditions:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery (not reported within 24 hours)
  • Tampered or opened devices where the seal is broken
  • Devices damaged due to mishandling, electrical surges, or improper installation
  • Products without original packaging, invoice, or serial number

Exchange Process:

  1. Submit a request to support.pmwani@nabhasatcom.com with:
    • Invoice copy
    • Device serial number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos/videos (in case of physical damage or DOA)
  2. Our technical team will evaluate the request within 2-3 working days.
  3. Upon approval, an exchange unit will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of the device.

Packaging & Return Guidelines:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Proper packaging must be ensured to avoid further damage during transit.

Exchange Turnaround Time:

Approved exchanges are typically processed within 7 business days (excluding transit time) post receipt of damaged device.
