These Terms and Conditions apply to any user (“User”) utilizing the PM WANI WiFi services for making online payments related to data plan purchases via a payment gateway, accessible through this website or mobile application. By using this Service, the User acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined herein.

A. Privacy Policy

Nabha Satcom is committed to safeguarding the privacy of users accessing its services. Personally identifiable information will not be shared with third parties without the user’s prior consent, except as specified in this policy.

  • Nabha Satcom collects personal data only when voluntarily provided by the user.
  • Users may receive communications regarding services, features, or offerings.
  • Specific personal information may be disclosed if required by legal processes, to enforce policies, or to investigate potential threats.

B. General Terms for Online Payments

Upon agreeing to these terms, users may register and utilize Nabha Satcom services.

  • All actions are governed by applicable Indian laws and government regulations.
  • Nabha Satcom may share user data with authorities in case of disputes or investigations.
  • If any term is deemed invalid, it will be replaced by a valid term reflecting the original intent; the rest remain effective.
  • These terms constitute the full agreement between the user and Nabha Satcom.
  • Records maintained by Nabha Satcom or the payment provider are final and binding.

Chargeback Definition A “Chargeback” refers to settled transactions that are reversed by the bank or credit card issuer, including any associated penalties or fees.

C. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Guidelines

  • Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or after PDO device installation are not eligible for a refund.
  • Contact Nabha Satcom support for cancellation requests.

Refund Process

  • Eligible users can request a return/refund via call or email, specifying the device.
  • Nabha Satcom staff will provide return instructions.
  • Refunds are processed:
    • To the original payment method for online/card payments.
    • To a provided bank account for NEFT/RTGS payments.
  • No return fees are charged.
  • Note: Transaction fees are non-refundable.

D. Server Issues & Payment Errors

In case of slow servers or timeouts:

  • If the account has been debited, do not reattempt payment; contact Nabha Satcom.
  • If not debited, retry the transaction.

Payment Service Providers are not responsible for duplicate or fraudulent transactions. They will not entertain related claims.

E. Limitation of Liability

Nabha Satcom offers these services as a convenience and disclaims liability for:

  • Delays, errors, or interruptions in data transmission.
  • Losses from unauthorized access or data alteration.
  • Damages of any kind arising from use or failure of services.

Users agree to indemnify Nabha Satcom and its partners from claims related to service use.

F. Miscellaneous Conditions

  • Waiver of rights under these terms must be explicit.
  • User data may be vulnerable to online threats; users assume responsibility.
  • Nabha Satcom will not be liable for any unauthorized data use.
  • Users must create and secure their login credentials and are responsible for all actions taken under their ID.

G. Card and Bank Information

  • Users must provide accurate debit/credit card or bank details.
  • By initiating payment, users confirm they are authorized to use the account.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds.

H. Personal Information

  • Personal data may be shared for legal or security purposes.
  • Email communications imply consent to share information with Nabha Satcom.
  • By using the website, users accept the privacy policy.

I. Payment Gateway Disclaimer

This service facilitates online payment for PM WANI WiFi. Nabha Satcom and its payment partners are not liable beyond what is described. Use of the payment gateway is at the user’s own risk.
